HERE’S MY STORY
THE JOURNEY BEGINS
My story is a story of a dreamer who refused to let the world define her worth and chose to become the best version of herself. It is a story that aims to inspire everybody to rise above societal expectations and break free from the confines of judgment and objectification.
Losing my passion in chaos
The journey of self-discovery began when I lost passion for my childhood dream. I migrated to the USA to pursue my Bachelors Degree, gain professional experience and make my childhood dream come true- becoming a singer. Quickly, the music industry revealed its darker side- a side tarnished by corruption and compromise, the same time I lost my job and my first and only source of income, and with all of that I lost passion for everything and with that I lost myself. I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of where to turn and what path to follow.
In a world dominated by men, where business prowess is often associated with power, and success is measured by material gains, I found myself facing countless obstacles as a woman in finance. It was disheartening to witness how many men in business failed to see past my youth and beauty, dismissing my capabilities and aspirations. Instead of being taken seriously, I became an object of desire, someone to be exploited rather than respected for my intellect and potential. But I refused to be confined by their limited perceptions. I refused to let their shallow judgments define me. I knew deep within me that I had more to offer, more to contribute to this world.
An Unexpected Mentor
Then, fate intervened in the form of an encounter with an unexpected mentor—an older woman passing by as I played the piano in university. Little did I know that this encounter would change my life forever. She didn’t offer me money or connections; instead, she shared a simple yet profound wisdom: to be successful, I needed to work hard and prove to the world that I was capable of greatness by getting the right coaching and mentorship. With these words echoing in my mind, I embarked on a relentless pursuit of purpose, seeking my own unique twist in life. I would later find out that this woman was Mitzi Perdue, daughter of the Sheraton Hotel chain co-founder, and wife of the president and CEO of the multi-billion dollar Perdue Farms empire.
Discovering My True Calling
It was during a lecture on the capital markets that a new flame ignited within me. The stock market became my escape—a place where I could make money without compromising my values and principles. As I delved deeper into the intricacies of finance, I realized that this was my calling. The more I learned, the brighter the flame burned. It was a defining moment, a paradigm shift that led me to abandon my singing dreams and embrace the challenging path of financial independence.
The Road to Financial Independence
But make no mistake, the road was far from easy. I faced immense struggles and setbacks, questioning whether I had made the right choice. The allure of fame and a glamorous lifestyle tempted me, but I knew deep down that my true purpose lay in using my brain, character, and personality to make a difference in the world. I chose the path less traveled, one that required constant mental exertion and relentless dedication.

Today, as I approach the age of thirty, I stand before you as a testament to the power of perseverance and self-belief. I have achieved my financial independence, not by relying on my physical appearance or pandering to the desires of others, but by harnessing the full potential of my intellect, determination, and values. My intention is not to boast about my accomplishments, but to leave a legacy for all the young women and younger generation who are navigating a world that often commodifies their beauty and objectifies their bodies.
I want you to know that you have the power to rise above these limitations and become a catalyst for change. I want you to realize that true success is not measured by superficial standards, but by the impact we make, the lives we touch, and the principles we uphold.
