Privacy policy

This is the personal website of Hasnae Taleb. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What is collected

Email address and name. When you subscribe to the Capital Map note, join the book launch list, or send a speaking enquiry, you give your email address (and optionally your name). This is used to send what you asked for and occasional related notes. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Account details. If you enrol in the masterclass, an account is created for you (authentication by Auth0) so you can sign in and track your progress. Your lesson progress is stored against that account.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.

Processors

Email is sent through Kit; sign-in through Auth0; payments through Stripe; course video through VdoCipher; hosting through Vercel. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service, under its own privacy terms.

What is not done

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. There is no third-party advertising tracking on this site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. To have your account or data deleted, reply to any email from this site and it will be handled.
